During Act IV of Diablo 2 in the Pandemonium fortress, the player will come across two mortal heroes. Halbu & Jamella.
Jamella has an interesting at-rest animation. She reads from a book, concentrates for a moment, then sketches a glowing runic word in the air.
Due to Blizzards extensive world building & one would assume the magic words bore a hidden meaning.

Unfortunately, I found on the wikis trivia section quote: They aren't legible letters in English or any other language. Diablo fans have tried to decipher those letters, but the official word from Blizzard was that they are meaningless; they're just some symbols the artist made up.

But I didn't give up there. Upon closer inspection Jamella is copying a spell from a magical tome.
Going back to the Diablo 1 Manual, I remembered on the section on Magic showed preliminary drawings of initial Magic writings & symbology.
Although there is no formal language, & Sorcerers summoning spells
Its clear Jamella is, in a rare display, practicing writing a similar incantation from her book in the air.
