Feeling tension melt away is just a few stretches away! ✨ Join us for this beginner-friendly session focused on *deeply relaxing your hips and lower back*. Perfect for unwinding after a long day or releasing stress you didn't even know you were holding.

Welcome to the Beginner Series! This gentle and restorative practice is designed specifically to target two of the most common areas where tension and stress accumulate: the hips and the lower back.

Whether you spend hours sitting at a desk, need relief from mild aches, or simply want to improve your flexibility, these simple, accessible stretches are for you. We move slowly and mindfully, emphasising conscious breathing and proper alignment to ensure a safe and effective release.

In this video, you will:
Learn gentle yoga postures that promote flexibility in the hip flexors and glutes.
Discover techniques to de-stress your nervous system.
Find relief from common lower back stiffness and pain.
Focus on restorative holds to encourage deep muscle relaxation.

All you need is a mat (or comfortable surface) and a willingness to breathe and relax. No previous yoga experience is required! Some helpful props you may wish to include are: a strap and cushions.
