TPA3118D2 Can You Get Decent 2.1 Amp Board for $12?

We have almost a dozen inexpensive amp boards to test as part of the Chinese Mini Amp Invasion, Part 2. Today we are looking at the least expensive 2.1 amp, the TPA3118D2 model. Each chip is rated 30x2 at 8 ohms, but one is mono, offering 60x1 at 4 ohms. We check out the features, give it a listen, then try it on the Amp Dyno.
