Faith in fate or destiny is one of the seven primary beliefs of Islam. The lexical meaning of the word fate is predestination or destiny. The word fate is sometimes used in the sense of decision. Every object has its own qualities, powers and potential given by God in creation. The inherent qualities of an object are called 'Qadr'. Qadr means fate, that is, what has been divided. Qadr means determined, that is, what has been determined. It basically refers to the potential of an object. Which can be called the 'religion of matter'. Utilizing 'Qadr' or potential is 'Amal' or action, and action is related to 'Niyat' or will. In human society, results are obtained according to actions. Allah Almighty gives results or rewards according to intention or will.

Sometimes it is seen that an object cannot or does not act according to its own destiny or power, then it is called 'Qada'. Qada means decision, the decision of Allah Almighty. ‘Qada’ is sometimes in favor of ‘Qadr’, and sometimes against Qadr. When Qada is in favor of Qadr, we do not understand it, but when Qada is against Qadr, we can easily understand it.

The creator of all things is Allah Ta’ala. The creator of human actions is also Allah Ta’ala, but man is the doer or master of his actions. The difference is that ‘Allah Ta’ala is the creator or master of actions, and man is the doer or master of those actions’. So, on the one hand, man is not Mukhtar-e-Kul or completely independent, but on the other hand, man is not Majbur-e-Mahaaz or completely incapable. In this, ‘Adl-e-Ilahi’ or the justice of Allah Ta’ala and ‘Adl’ or ‘Adil’ of Allah Ta’ala as the just judge also remain.

Allah Ta’ala knows everything about the past, present and future, this is called ‘Ilm-e-Ilahi’ or the knowledge of Allah Ta’ala. This divine knowledge or knowledge of Allah is not always Qada or decision i.e. fate or pre-determined destiny. It is sometimes action or karma. That is, whatever happens in a person's life is divided into two parts: action or decision i.e. Qada or decision i.e. fate or pre-determined destiny.

Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran, 'The knowledge of the Hour is only with Allah, He sends down the rain and He knows what is in the wombs. No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in what place it will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.' (Surah-31 Luqman, verse: 34). Shaykh Taqiuddin Nabahani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whatever is done voluntarily and consciously is an action or deed, for which there is reward or punishment, and whatever is done unwillingly, unknowingly or naturally and supernaturally is the decision of Allah, which we call fate, and there is no sin or virtue in it. For example, firstly, being born in a particular area, being tall or short, being fair or gray-haired, etc., there is no sin or virtue in it. Secondly, knowingly doing or not doing something with good or bad intentions while there is a possibility or destiny, etc., is an action or deed, for which there is reward or punishment.

Muslim philosophers have explained fate or destiny in two ways: Mubaram and Mu’allaaq. Mubaram means fixed, Mu’allaaq means changeable. Allah has determined fate, and He also has the power to change it. Fate or destiny is changed by good deeds, prayers of parents and charity etc. Fate or destiny is unknown and invincible to humans; we do not know whether it is fixed or changeable. Therefore, we should trust in Allah, seek Allah's mercy and do such good deeds through which Allah will be pleased and turn our fate into good fortune. Action is helpful in changing fate, so it is advisable to focus on good deeds or good deeds.

Noman Ali Khan is a renowned Islamic scholar and speaker. The main points of his advice on dealing with adversity and adversity in the faith of faith are:

1. **Have complete trust and faith in Allah**: It is very important to have faith and trust in Allah in times of adversity. We should believe that whatever Allah does for us, He always does it for our good.

2. **Make Dua and have patience**: Making Dua is one of the strengths of a believer. When in trouble, one should seek help from Allah and be patient. Allah says in the Quran, "Indeed, Allah is with the patient." (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:153)

3. **Acquiring Islamic Knowledge**: To learn about Islamic guidance on how to behave in times of trouble, it is necessary to acquire Islamic knowledge. This helps us understand what we should do in certain situations.

4. **Maintaining a Positive Attitude**: Noman Ali Khan says that one should remain positive in times of trouble and hope for Allah's mercy. The Quran says, "If you are grateful, I will give you more." (Surah Ibrahim, 14:7)

5. **Focusing on good deeds**: One can gain Allah's pleasure by doing good deeds in times of trouble. Such acts include giving charity in the way of Allah, praying, and helping others.
