Whether it’s alcohol, drugs, food, sex, relationships, or something else – when we turn to anything other than God for spiritual, relational, or emotional security, it will eventually destroy us. An addiction is anything we rely on other than God for spiritual, relational, or emotional security. “I’m okay because this is okay.”
