Here is my own divised recipe for Beef & Vegetable Stew.
Ingredients:
400g Diced Beef
5 large potatoes chopped into chunks
Carrots
Swede
Onion
Parsnip
Leeks
Oregano
Basil
4 Oxo' Cubes
1 Vegetable Sir In Knoxx Pot.
Boiling Water.
Gravy Granules or Corn Flower to thicken.
