As I write these words, the Series 8 finale is mere hours away from being aired and it's time to look back at all of the Mistrees' shocking cameos from Deep Breath to In the Forest of the Night!

CAMEOS:

Deep Breath: The Half-Faced Man awakens in a peaceful garden to find he is not alone. He is greeted by a mysterious woman called Missy who tells him he has arrived in Heaven...
Let the speculation begin. Who Is Missy?

Into the Dalek: After a soldier sacrifices herself in the name of the Doctor, she arrives in a tea room where Missy is the greeter yet again.

The Caretaker: A policeman is speaking to a man in an empty office, telling him about how he escaped the Skovox Blitzer. But did he escape it? The man called Seb, seems to think not as he welcomes Matthew to the Promised Land. Missy appears briefly, looking quite troubled.

Flatline: Holding an iPad in her hand, Missy gives herself a pat on the back for "choosing" Clara. Wait...What? Whatever that means, Missy seems to think it very funny.

In the Forest of the Night: While the Doctor watches from above in the TARDIS as the solar flare crosses Earth, Missy watches in a safer space on her computer. We learn how much she loves surprises, adding that to the very short list of things we know about her at this point.
