Ninav is a CKP delicacy as it is especially made by Chandraseniy Kayastha Prabhu community.This is prepared on the day of data (दाटा)
that is one day before Haritalika.
This sweet requires minimum ingredients but this a very healthy and tastes heavenly. This is a must try recipe.
Ingredients:-
Thick Chickpea flour ( Besan)100gm
Wheat flour 50 gm
Jaggery 150 gm
Coconut Milk 450ml
Pure ghee 1.5 +1.5 Tbsp
Nut meg +Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp each
