In this video tutorial, learn how to insert charts in Google Slides. Google Slides is the Google’s version of Microsoft PowerPoint. You can use it to create presentations for your audience. If you can use PowerPoint effectively, you can probably use slides. They share almost the same structure. This video guide puts you through on how to create four major types of chart made available on the program as of the time this video was created. They include bar, column, line, and pie charts.

Charts are used for data analysis. In respect to that, learn how you can analyze any data you want to represent in different charts. This is detailed out in steps for you to have deep understanding. You can insert chart in a slide by using a tool made available in the Insert tab. Click Insert tab, and click Chart option. Select any chart type of your choice.

A chart will be placed in the slide. Click then three dots on the top-right of the chart and select Open source. In the new tab that is opened automatically, insert your own data in the spreadsheet. Go back to your Slides program and hit the Update button.
