Ingredients needed for the Carne Guisada ( Spanish beef Stew )

2 Tbs of olive oil
2 1/2 lbs of chuck roast cut into 1/2" cubes
2 tsp Adobo seasoning
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
2 tsp Sazon seasoning (with annatto)
1 tsp powdered chicken boullion
1 32 oz box unsalted beef broth
1/3 cup of dry red wine
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
3 bay leaves
10 Pimento stuffed olives
1 medium sliced carrots
1-2 medium potatoes cut in cubes

Ingredients to Arroz Con Gandules ( Spanish Rice with Pigeon Peas )

2 Cups of Long grain white rice
2 tbs of olive oil
1/4 cup of Sofrito
1/4 cup of Recaito
1 can of Gandules (pigeon peas) not drained
3 packs of sazon (with annatto)
1 packet of ham flavoring (goya brand)
1 tsp adobo
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
3 1/2 cups of water
