July 1st, 2023 marks the third year since the enactment of National Security Law in Hong Kong, as well the day Anti-Espionage Law Amendment in China takes effect. From 2014 to 2019, democratic wildfire sprawled across Hong Kong in the form of various protests, yet was eventually snuffed out by Chinese apparatuses, leaving repercussions on local political geography.

Through stories of Hong Kongers in Taiwan, this TaiwanPlus original documentary series examines the ramifications of aforementioned events and explores the new lives Hong Kongers found in their new home.
