Today I wanted to share a few experiences that influenced my decision to become a consumer protection lawyer.

The first experience was days before I closed on my first home.

The second time was after one of my kids had to go to Children's Hospital for an MRI.

The third experience came from one of our clients that we were working with in a personal injury case.

Each time I dealt with one of these collectors or credit bureaus, I was stunned by the arrogance of these companies.
