In this video you will see how you can test network connectivity between Azure SQL Managed Instances. This is shown specifically in scenario of setting up auto-failover group, but can be used in other scenarios such as linked servers, database copy, transactional replication, and more. For other scenarios you might need to consider altering the procedure somewhat (maybe testing different ports for another feature) according to the feature requirements.
