First, we had to deal with the plastic heads with the reusable strip lashes that would never stay in place. This would soon turn into a consistent expense to get the strips replaced. There were then the mannequin heads with the removable eyeballs. While they were a step up from the plastic heads with the reusable strip lashes, they did a poor job mimicking natural eyes.
