"Trump Is Going To Solve It" Orban Ruffles NATO, EU With "Peace Mission 5.0”, US Pans “Adventurism"

Hungary’s PM met with Donald Trump at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida, following his meetings with the leaders of Ukraine, China and Russia. Viktor Orbán and Trump discussed the "possibilities of peace", as the Hungarian PM pushed for a ceasefire in Ukraine. Orbán called the visit "peace mission 5.0" and said Trump was “going to solve it”, referring to the war in Ukraine. Hungary’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said the country sees a potential return of Donald Trump to the US president as a “chance for peace” in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the White House National Security Advisor also hit out at Orban’s “adventurism”, adding that he “can’t speculate as to what Orbán is up to exactly.”
