Export the model from RS2 as an fbx file, I choose not to embed the texture(s)

On importing into UE, UE creates a simple collision mesh around the model and the project defaults to using the simple mesh.

The result is that the character walks on top of, or falls below, the imported model depending upon where the PlayerStart spawn point is.

A quick solution is to tell UE to use the Complex mesh as the Simple mesh for the photogrammetry model. Open the mesh model in UE and set "Collision Complexity" to Use Complex as Simple.

This is not necessarily a good "game practice" but is meant as first steps to visualize the model. There are different methods to correct the short coming of this approach
