Will this 35 year old abandoned giant 3 wheel riding mower run? Ransomes Bobcat T3100

Today we're trying to revive an old Ransomes Bobcat T3100 that I found a couple years ago left for dead. The T3100 had been sitting exposed to the elements for several years. In the video I will be changing the carburetor in an effort to get her started. I have the link for the carb and a starter that I picked up for the mower down below. I also included a link that has break down diagrams as well as parts numbers for virtually every piece of this mower and any others you might need parts for as well.

So you need a manual? Well thanks to Patrick we finally have a link to what I believe is the only manual I have ever been able to find.
