Elements of interest include coloured sticky back plastic overlay to standard white upvc double glazed window units and for geometric cut-outs and delineation strips, Different 3D glued paper Euclidean Geometric forms to break-up ceiling surfaces, commercial processed large format printed digital local landscape photographs directly adhered to partition walls, portable boxing in of low output storage heaters, additional soundproofing and thermal insulation via reversible retro-fit Aluminium Secondary Glazing Units (to combat road traffic noise), lined window jambs with shiny gold plastic self adhesive sheet to intensify the natural light penetration, use of blackboard paint to maximize raw colour brilliance by contrast. Italian Renaissance influenced over plaques.

Parts of the original decorative scheme left and incorporated in the design including modified curtain pelmet and skirting, Roman blinds and premium wallpapers.
