Today i have prepared methi muthiya coz utrayan is near and on that we all gujrati love to eat undhiya but making undhiya is a long process when you are making in bulk for so many people if we make some preparations to make undhiyu will be very easy on utrayan so here i have shared recipe of methi muthiya , once you have prepared methi muthiya …can store for 15 days and whenever you make undhiyu you can add it and undhiyu will be ready in minutes so try out this recipe here i have made methi muthiya without baking soda so try out this recipe here are all ingredients

1 cup green fenugreek
1 cup coarse wheat flour
1 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp bajri flour
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
3/4 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp peanut powder
1 tbsp seasome seeds
7 tbsp water
oil for frying
