ICELAND - Traveling the South Coast to the North, Glacier Lagoon, Diamond Beach, Viking village!

Welcome back to Episode 3 of Adventure Dog Overland's 7 day road trip across Iceland! We are fresh off of exploring the F-roads! After a good night rest at camp we continue to follow Iceland's largest glacier Vatnajökull, as we drive across the rest of the south coast. Stopping at popular areas such as Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, and the famous Diamon Beach! Then to have lunch in Hofn before travelling to the Vestrahorn Mountains to explore a Viking village! After that we drive the Eastern fjords of Iceland climbing mountains along the Norwegian Sea, where we will camp for the night! waking up on a small farm with a happy golden retriever before hiking 5 km's to one of the tallest waterfalls in the country Hengifoss! We of course can't stop just yet we have to make it to the North as the days are counting down on this overland road trip! Once in the North following the golden circle we stop to see the geothermal power of Iceland! Namafjall is a geothermic hotspot in Iceland with temperatures ranging from 200 degrees, 1000 meters below the surface! the boiling water, mud, and sulfur doesn't smell great but what ever you do don't fall in!
