You are welcome once again to Nsuekyir Media. IRAWMA awards; thats the international reggae and world music awards took place on Sunday May 16th 2021; the show
was held at the Kingston, the capital of Jamaica. Three Ghanaians emerged the winners from their various categories. Popular Ghanaian dancehall artiste was the
winner for the Best Virtual Entertainer of the Year, beating the likes of the legendary Beenie Man,Buju Banton and other greats who equally had great Virtual shows;
Wale was voted artiste with who had the best virtual performance in the past year.
DJ Switch also won a prestigious Best Young Entertainer, (entertainers who are 18 and below), talented DJ switch got the crown in a contest which involved DJ Whitney,
Kailash and Wayne J. Special congrats to the kid for her amazing output in the Ghanaian entertainment industry. Finally a Ghanaian born Kwame Yeboah won the award
for best Instrumentalist in a stiff competition with fellow instrumentalists like Dean Fraser and Kubix. So that's all, 3 Ghanaians made their names at the event,
Shatta Wale with the best virtual entertainer, DJ Switch with the best young entertainer of the year and then Instrumentalist of the year; Kwame Yeboah.
