Access Bank Training School| My Experience as an Access Bank Trainee 2019/2020 Graduating Set|

This is a video on my experience as an access bank trainee in the school of Banking Excellence.
I am happy to say that I am officially a Graduate of Access Bank School of Banking Excellence for the set 2019/2020.
Being a trainee for access bank has been a very rough ride, from the Aptitude test to the panel interview to the Top Management Interview to the Final Assessment to the Medical and then finally into the Training School.
This process is way longer than it looks for some people. I got the mail in September and by November, I was in the training school.
Training school resumes 9am - 6pm (just have in mind that it closes by 9pm)
It is rigorous!!!! It will stretch you, but can break you if you let it.
My journey was beautiful and fun also hectic and overwhelming 😊
Access bank is a beautiful place to start your career and if you get the opportunity to get into SBE, then know that you will graduate as a CHARTERED BANKER.
I am yet to write my CIBN EXAM due to covid 19 but I am happy that access bank pays for it basically like a gift as a Trainee of Access Bank or as they call us ACCESS WARRIOR.
