(6 Feb 1983) L070983S EL SALVADOR: Salvadorean guerrillas meet with young militia
7.9.83 members on the Panam Highway, then meet with another group of
LN 107077 guerrillas, setting up a roadblock. Both groups go on to the
town of La Palma, 50 miles north of San Salvador and set up
HQ in a school to rest and wash clothes. The guerrillas have
full control of this area.
