INGREDIENTS
Rice flour, 80 g
Wheat starch, 50 g
Corn starch, 20 g
Oil, 1 tsp
Water, 300 ml
--- For the sauce
Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Sugar, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Chicken powder, 1 tsp
Corn starch, 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic, 1 tbsp
Water, 200 ml

Instructions
1. Mix the rice flour, wheat starch, corn starch, oil, and water in a big bowl.
2. Chop the scallion
3. Make a sauce, mix the light soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder, corn starch, chopped garlic, and water in a big bowl.
4. Boil the sauce.
5. Add one spoonful of flour mixture to a plate, top with scallion chopped, put it into a steamer after the water boils. steam for 2 minutes, turn off the heat.
6. Use a scraper to scrape the rice rolls off the plate
7. Drizzle over the sauce.
8. The Rice noodle roll is ready.
