How to balance a see saw using moments example problem

Описание к видео How to balance a see saw using moments example problem

This engineering statics tutorial goes over an example problem with a see-saw. A see saw is really just a beam with a pin support in the middle. So if two people of different weights are sitting at the same distance from the pin, the seesaw will not be in equilibrium, and will begin to rotate about the pin. The heavier person must move closer to the pi than the lighter person for the seesaw to be in static equilibrium.
