Today I’m going to share with you how to make the best CALIFORNIA BURRITO, let me tell you this burrito is my favorite burrito to ordrer at my local fast food Mexican food restaurant! most of the time the French fries are cold, and soggy and the meat is chewy and flavorless, thats why I prefer to make my own at home its 100x much better 😅 hope you enjoy it just as much!!!!!!!! Perfect for all my busy mommy’s and dads. Tip: make sure your raw french fries soak in cold water for at least 1 hour, or overnight, in the refrigerator! The longer the crispier your fries will be 😀
Also allow your meat to marinade for at least 1 hour for your meat to be more flavorful

Ingredients:
3 lbs flap, flank, skirt or ranchera (chopped)
Russet potatoes, thin sliced French fries
Large burrito tortillas
Mexican style blend cheese
1 lime
1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp chef mérito steak & meat seasoning
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Guacamole:
3 large avocados
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 purple onion
Chile serrano I used 2
Chopped cilantro
1 lime
Garlic salt
Salt
Black pepper
