This may be the most hyperrealistic cake I've ever made! When sculpting the steak, I made sure to include all of the fat, meat grain, and marrow on the bones. The mashed potatoes were the easiest part, as all I needed to do was use buttercream, and they looked so real! I think this steak and mashed potatoes cake could fool a lot of people, and that makes me proud.
