On the surface, the 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T looks like a promising plug-in hybrid (PHEV) that delivers reasonable range wrapped up in a stylish package. But looks can be deceiving, and while there are some bright spots hidden here and there, the overall experience is a bit of a muddled one.
