December is usually an expensive month, and this one was no exception. We added new costs like a local gym membership, Netflix & Spotify, lots of eating out in tourist areas, bus passes for our sons, Christmas activities, and New Year’s Eve fireworks. It’s a realistic look at what a busy holiday month can cost when you first move abroad.
