In this video we will show you the sleeper factory of Pakistan railway which is situated in the area of Shaheenabad District Sargodha Punjab Pakistan.This factory was constructed in the early 19th century in British Era. This is said that this factory was closed after the short time of its construction due to unknown reasons. This factory was called the biggest sleeper factory of Subcontinent at that time. The sealing which was made with concrete and other material was also prepared in this factory. This material was carriage by Pakistan Railway frat train across Subcontinent. After the establishment of Pakistan the machinery of this sleeper factory had been shifted to the new factory which was established in Khanewal District. This factory presents the view of ruins from that day to till today. There is a city settled and now it has been deserted. The wild animals live here in large numbers. This factory is situated in beautiful and attractive location between mountains. A crusher machine, plant, production room, store room, cellar of raw material, more than 25 ponds, tube well, a big swimming pool, offices, residences, mosque, security room, wireless room and wireless tower, railway lines and sleeper factory was been constructed. A generator room was built and also entrance gate and cycle stand. This is a splendid construction of architecture which has been deserted today. The need of the hour is to save this asset.
