Here goes a 25-minute seated total body shred workout that will burn some calories in minutes. Your muscles will burn, and your energy will elevate. 25- minutes might seem like a lot for some, but I promise it will go by quickly. You will need a sturdy chair, light and medium-weight dumbbells, and a thigh band.

🧡 Equipment: Body Weight

Marching in place
Abduction - High Knee
Side Bends- Chest Fly
Double Leg Lift
20 repetitions X 4 sets

🧡Equipment: Dumbbells

Arm Curls - Shoulder Press
Side Raise - Front Raise
Shrugs
15 repetitions x 3 sets

🧡Equipment: Dumbbells

Row - Reverse Fly
Straight Arm Pull Back -
10 repetitions x 2 sets

🧡Equipment: Thigh Band
Seated Jack

*Finish with 2 minutes of stretching.
