Went for the big machine to finalize the pond installation at our neighbors spot. Over a long weekend with 16.9 hours of run time on the machine, we were able to dig a pond that has 12' deep spots, an average of 6-8', very nice shelves for planting, a thoughtful overflow to send water through a number of large productive swales, a 2.5' deep pad of level top soil that is 16x55' to take on a large high tunnel this fall, and about 1/4 acre less lawn with the soils spread out. Wshew, long weekend but a lot got done!
