This is my review on the innova inversion table. Inversion tables are a great tool for decompressing and relieving the spine. Inversion tables can potentially relieve sciatica and pinched nerves. How to use the inversion table is covered in this video, I recommend only staying inverted 2-3 minutes maximum. This table allows for full inversion, and can hang upside down to decompress spine and back.

Old tether strap systems require the user to dismount entirely climb underneath the table in order to adjust and can loosen after repeated use.
