In this video i will show you how to make alfaham grilled Chicken in an veriety marrination.In this recipe i used double marrination for the chicken.Every foodies loves Barbecue (bbq) Chicken.Here is an amazing recipe for grilled Chicken.
And i will show you how to grill chicken with charcoal also.Here i used charcoal for grilling.And you can also use oven for grilling.You can use this green masala for any type of grilling.

Ingredients for chicken marrination ;

Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Garam masala Powder or Biriyani masala Powder (i used homemade Biriyani masala Powder)
Ginger garlic paste
Curd or yogurt
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Onion
Green chilli
Mint leavs
Coriander leaves
Green chilli


Note: use chicken skin for better taste
