How To Show Notification Previews (Contents) On iPhone Lock Screen

By default, iOS provides a privacy feature that hides the content of your notifications when your device is locked. However, if you prefer to see the preview of your notifications without unlocking your iPhone, we've got you covered.

By following these simple steps, you'll be able to customize your iPhone's lock screen to show notification previews, allowing you to quickly check incoming messages or other app alerts without unlocking your device.

To Show Notification Previews (Contents) On iPhone's Lock Screen;
1: Unlock your iPhone and navigate to the "Settings" app on your home screen. Scroll down and tap on "Notifications".

2: In the Notifications settings, you'll see a list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Choose the app for which you want to enable notification previews on the lock screen and tap on it.

3: Inside the app's notification settings, you'll find the "Show Previews" option. Tap on it. You'll be presented with three options:

"Always" will display the notification previews even when your iPhone is locked.
"When Unlocked" will show the previews only when your iPhone is unlocked.
"Off" will hide the content of the notifications on the lock screen.

4: Choose the option that suits your preference. If you want to see the full content of your notifications on the lock screen, select "Always". Repeat these steps for each app you want to enable notification previews for on the lock screen.

Now, when you receive notifications from the selected apps, you will see the preview or content of those notifications directly on your iPhone's lock screen. This feature allows you to quickly glance at incoming messages, emails, or other app alerts without having to unlock your device.
