白饭 2 碗
橄榄菜
虾米
鸡蛋
长豆
小辣椒
玻璃生菜
小葱头
青葱

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Cooked white rice 2 bowls
2. Olive vegetable (can)
3. Dried shrimp, soak till soft then pat dry
4. Egg 2pcs, whisk
5. Long beans, diced
6. Chilli padi 2-3pcs, diced
7. Ice lettuce, julienne
8. Shallots slices, wash and dry
9. Green spring onions, diced

Seasoning
1. Fish sauce
2. Pepper

Method
1. Combine the olive vegetable with the rice (ratio 2tsp olive: 2bowl rice)
2. Heat wok with little oil, fry the dried shrimp under low medium heat till fragrant and golden brown. Set aside the dried shrimp and oil separately
3. With the little oil on the wok, fry the long beans till fragrant and set aside
4. Add the dried shrimp oil in the wok and fry the chilli padi till fragrant. Then add in the egg and fry till fragrant. Add in rice and olive vegetable and turn to low heat and mix it to evenly separate the rice.
5. Turn to high heat and fry. Add in long beans and dried shrimp and continue to fry.
6. Add little fish sauce and pepper and mix well
7. Dish up and arrange the ice lettuce, spring onions and shallots at the side
8. Serve and enjoy! 💕
