The personas aren't the only ones featured in this project. Meet the entities, Trickster, Show Biz, Clockwork, Figment, and Collywobbles, who represent various mental health disorders. This is an autobiographical retelling of my personal experience with depression, anxiety, complex post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, avoidant personality disorder, and an eating disorder, told with the purpose to heal, raise awareness, and provide resources to anyone utilizing similar maladaptive coping mechanisms.
