Thor RV Chassis Battery Drain Issue Fix - (BIRD Install) Chateau, Quantum, Daybreak, Four Winds

If you have an RV/motorhome that has a persistent chassis battery draining issue, then have I got a video for you. My Freedom Elite 26HE kept discharging the chassis battery even when on shore power, would only take about four days, and I wouldn't be able to start the RV without using the emergency start button.

At some point I just started to disconnect the battery when parked, but not before it damaged the chassis/engine battery beyond repair, and it would no longer even hold a charge. In this video, I'll go over how I wound up fixing this problem. Though this specifically affects the Chateau, Daybreak, Four Winds, Freedom Elite,
Outlaw, Quantum, and Majestic models, I suspect this diagnostic video will be valid for motorhomes across the board. Also -- I kept calling what I had a BIM. It is in fact an IRD - Isolation Relay Delay. BIM is what the RV had prior to the recall.
