This isn't meant as a tutorial. It's a showcase of the installed fixes working on my system with some context for clarity + sharing the links.

Turn on Hardware Assistance GPU Scheduling in Windows 11 system settings, otherwise Framegen will not work:
Settings - System - Display - Graphics - Change default graphics settings - toggle the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling on - reboot.
