Hey guys, in this video I’m going to give you basic overview of how the eToll Free platform works, some of our features and how you can manage your services with us.

Alright, so let’s get started.

On the number search page is where you can choose the toll free number that youwould like to use. We charge 99 cents per month for the number and then an additional 3.5 cents per minute for all your routing.

So you start by finding the number that you want, picking it and then clicking continue to order the number. On the Forward Number Options page enter the routing destination that you want and then click continue.

Finally complete the process by creating your account. You can do this by through facebook login or register using your email address and confirm your order.

Your number will be activated within a few minutes. To login to your account click the link below that says portal login.

Once you’ve logged into your account you’ll see the telephone numbers list.
I’m going to start with that since this will be where you can manage your toll free numbers. So on this page is where you will see all your active numbers and any pending numbers that you have with us. Here is where you can see the status of your number, change the routing, disconnect numbers and add new numbers at any time.

Now we’ll take a look at the billing page. Here you can see the number of minutes billed, your monthly invoices and each new account starts off with 100 free minutes which is shown as a credit of $3.50.

Alright, so under reports you can view and download your call details such as your call logs which records every call that was made on your account.

Moving along to the account page, here is where you change your account information, all accounts start with a $3.50 credit and once that credit reaches zero dollars the account must maintain a positive balance in order to stay active. At this point you’ll need to make a payment and the minimum payment is $25.

You change your payment information by clicking on add/edit credit card.

If scroll down to the bottom you will see recent balance transactions on your account. This can be recorded in the form of invoice payments or credits to your balance.

Now all of our additional features that you see here on the left of the screen are completely free of charge and available for you to take advantage. For just 99cents per month for the toll free number and 3.5 cents per minute you get access to all of these additional features at no additional cost.

And on the page of each feature we have “How to” videos at the top right of the page that clearly explain each feature step by step.
