This is actually the my second T2 kill this season, the original was not recorded, I never did T0 or T1 with this character, so i was just kind of checking what it feels like and succeeded instantly (to my surprise - I only ever did one T2 boss kill, Lucion in season 10 with a Holy Fire - Sacrifice Paladin), so no video about that...

58 pdr (48 with berserk), 90 lighting res, 4 light absorb (antiperfect wisp) and as much damage as you can get - you need to destroy the portals fast or you will get overwhelmed, and you wont have time damage Lucion

Arrive with max frenzy stacks (unlike BO, BC, enchant and HoW it will stay when you enter), use TAL-DOL-MAL (venom) on swap to desecrate and create a grim ward to boost your initial attack rating - later on you dont really need to do that as soul drainers -enemy defense on hit will make it easier for you to hit Lucion

Berserk - reaches 45 phys pierce at level 41, it is definitely worth getting there, in combination with soul drainers 5 pierce this 50 will be a huge boost
Battle cry wont stay on Lucion, neither would amp damage (works on portals though)
Max combat reflexes - synergy plus life boost
Max Battle command - plus two skill is really good as you use a lot of skill (all masteries, frenzy, berserk, whirlwind, quite a few warcries, grimward...) so it is like 20+ plus skills (and a decent damage boost as well)
Frenzy hardpoints to make it last longer (you can put 15 points to that for 30 seconds with this build)
Taunt - dump the rest (berserk synergy, will be maxed at level98)
One point everything else you saw in the video
One point whirlwind is huge for mobility! (I recommend putting it on quickcast, super convenient, not just here, on maps as well)

175 str (174 for halaberd +1 point ocd) 140 dex (136 for phase blade +4 points ocd), rest to vita (this is my season starter, only build so far, zero respecs)

Grief is min ias rolled (30-40) but 30 is perfectly fine for ias breakpoint if soft levels on frenzy reaches this high (the ias in helm is not needed, it was used during leveling and has not been swapped since)

Eternity is not at all required, i like it for maps (mf, cbf, revives keep the merc alive), but another grief gives exactly the same dps (actually a bit higher average for much cheaper...)

With super endgame stuff you can get almost double damage, but this was probably an overkill already - gameplay was very nonchalant, I did not have enchant on as Lucion put me in hit recovery while I casted it and I did not realize it (only afterwards), completely forgot to summon HoW, and got hit by light nova multiple times... still felt super safe, because after every bigger hit i could "panic drink" 2-3 potis, and still felt i will not run out of them, as I killed him waaay faster - at the end i had a full belt of potions and almost another full belt in inventory with this far from ideal gameplay and lot of overdrinking

Anni was not shown, it is a self found 58/17 anni with +1 skill corruption with a self found twss (both from t0 kills) : )
