🍓 How to make Candied Strawberry , Tanghulu

Perhaps the way I make it will be different from yours,
so you guys can choose the best way for you to make it.

First of all, you have to use papers to soak up any excess water in the strawberry after being washed. Make sure that the strawberry is totally in dry status, then remove its sepals.

Secondly, use a brochette to implale the strawberries.
Then, you can use it to impale the normal strawberries.
Or make heart-shaped strawberries, then impale them.

Thirdly, you mix 500gr of sugar into a cup of water,
boil the sugar water until it becomes sticky sugar syrup.

Fourth, prepare a bowl of iced water.

When the sugar water becomes sticky, lower the flame and check the status of the sugar syrup.
Use a brochette of strawberries to soak in the sugar syrup, then soak it in the iced water immediately.
If the sugar syrup is soft like this, which means it’s not cooked enough.
It needs cooking until we try it, it will be hard and firm or we can try eating it, if only it’s not sticky to our teeth, it’s okay to be used.

Next, we will dip the brochette of strawberries into the sugar syrup, put it into the iced water bowl immediately.
Leave it in the bow in about 5 seconds, then pick it up right away.
