Using a vice to install a motor pinion.
You can also use a C-Clamp if you don't have a vice.

Use only a very small amount of thread lock 609. If you use too much it may run down the shaft and get into the bearing and glue the bearing to the motor shaft.
When you are done installing the pinion wipe off the excess thread lock. I use 90% rubbing alcohol to completely remove any excess thread lock.

* This method is not recommend for a brushed motor as there is no way to support the back of the motor shaft which may pop through the plastic end when you compress the pinion on the the motor shaft.
For a brushed motor use a torch as seen in the other videos on YouTube.
