When we talk about actually going through an energetic upgrade, you can start to feel like a part of you already is ‘that version of yourself,’ but your life around you isn’t there yet. Or visa vera. Your life around you is your manifestation, but your body is catching up. Either way, your whole being goes through this transformation: physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual.

Now, if you’re deep into manifestation, especially what I call embodied manifestation, your energetic body might already be there, vibing at that next level. But your physical and mental bodies? They’re usually playing catch-up to your energetic body. So it can feel like you’re in this weird limbo. You might feel lost, like there’s this push & pull in your body, confused and “stuck.” but really, you’re just going through a massive quantum leap, and you might not even be fully aware of it.

It requires this version of you to shed so that you can then actually have that upgrade to your energetic body, and it can feel painful. That upgrade can sometimes manifest as falling really, really ill. When, no one else is sick around you, you haven’t gone anywhere, like it’s come very out of the blue, but you are absolutely exhausted.

You HAVE to surrender to the sickness. An old part of you is literally dying so you can become this next-level version.

So don’t push through this ego death you’re having; instead, SURRENDER to it. LET GO. TRUST IT!
