Essie Autumn/Fall Combo Manicure

Here we have a stylish yet fun and colourful autumnal/fall combo manicure....

Main Colour:

Essie 'With The Band'

This is a true red well pigmented polish with a smooth and creamy consistency. Easy to apply although the one I have does have a small brush it did apply easily and covered well in two coats.

For the accent nails I used:

Essie 'Check Your Baggage' (ring finger)

A rich golden yellow creme polish

Applies really well with a well pigmented smooth consistency, covers in two coats - but I applied three for a perfect finish and better opacity. Easy to apply with the wide brush and cleans up easily.

Essie 'Butler Please' (middle finger)

This is a lovely mid blue toned polish with just a hint of a purply tone to it. I found it quite an odd formula, a little tacky to apply on the first coat and dries to an odd satin finish. However the goes on nicely and it covers well in two coats. It contains the new Essie wide brush. Although the finish is not what I like, the colour is lovely and looks great finished with a high gloss topcoat.


I am happy to do requests (always looking for inspiration for my next manicure!) depending on whether or not I have the correct polish of course!
