Learn what unique words and terms to included in the "Definitions of Terms" section in Chapter 1 of doctoral proposal and dissertation. Use 1-sentence definitions with a citation to reflect the context of the term. Do not include words or terms where the definition will be a standard dictional definition. See examples and emulate how others have done so in their approved dissertations.
