Happy 2025 party people! In this episode of navigating my 30s, I'm sharing more about what 2024 was like for me. Spoiler alert: it was a HARD year. A lot of life changes, both externally and internally. Admittedly, I've been holding off on talking about it more because I felt a bit embarrassed by my situation and was scared to share what I felt was a failure on my part. But, the more I tried to avoid it, the more I felt the urge to dive deeper and to let go of any preconceived thoughts and just be open and honest.

As I've mentioned in other videos, the goal on this channel is to help you feel seen and these videos are a part of that mission. So, with a new year means a new approach to how I do things. I hope that this video encourages anyone who may be going through a similar situation or just dealing with life's intricacies. As always, thank you for watching :)
