How Does He Know Ghost? | Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4

In the official trailer for Ghost Starz Season 4, we were introduced to a new character in the name of Detective Don Carter. We saw him coming face to face with Tariq St Patrick where he likened him to his father James St Patrick aka Ghost, although we don't know whether Carter knows James as Ghost, that's a question I'm sure they'll answer as Power Ghost Season 4 progresses. But one of the main questions we have is, how does Carter now James St Patrick, how does he know that Tariq is just like his father? Is there a deeper connection to Ghost or OG Power? And is Carter hiding something else? We all know Power Ghost love a good plot twist and I do think Carter, Tariq St Patrick and this story around Ghost could be one of them.
