On 20th of August 2022, the society conducted an event, Early Bird Balloting, where plot numbers were allotted to the lucky members for the plot sizes of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal only for Block A of Sector 1. 70 % of these plot cutting for Block have been balloted whereas the remaining 30% were supposed to be balloted in the Special Ballot for 8 and 14 Marla Plots that was supposed to take place on 30th of September 2022. Team Mazebaan Real Estate attended the event where 1962 plots were allotted. The society then officially introduced its commercial plots of 2.66 Marla and 5 Marla for now. However, the society recently announced the new payment plans for the residents plots of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal. According to the society, after the 24th of October 2022, all the open files of sector-1 of the respective plot sizes will then be closed on new rates. In addition to this, the society has also postponed the Special Ballot to 26th of October 2022. In addition to this, the society recently made another announcement related to 2.66 Marla Commercial plots. According to the society, the clients who will submit these respective files till, initially 25th of September, now 30th of September 2022, will get confirm allotment on 100 feet wide boulevard.
