3 Eggs
1/3 cup (80g) Peanut Butter (melted)
1/2 cup (120ml) Date Syrup (or Honey)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
♡ Whisk until smooth and combined
Dry Ingredients
1/2 cup (60g) Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
♡ Mix well and let the batter rest for 10 minutes to thicken
♡ Fold in 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Baking
♡ Pour batter into muffin liners (fill 2/3 full)
♡ Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12-15 minutes
♡ Let cool completely before eating!
